Hi Admin, Could you help me? My withdrawal doesn't get into my liberty reserve account yet, but it has been deducted from my client area. Unfortunately, the client is exposed to the risks, related to the liquidation of a payment system. 7.7.1. Client accepts risks which are connected to disestablishment of payment systems. In case any electronic payment system abolished, the Company writes off the funds which were deposited using that payment system, from the Client's trading account. This response got my attention, but since this is very important but not on this topic, i will talk about it in another topic. |

Hello. want to start out by saying how wonderful your support has been so far.
I have made a request to withdraw to my Liberty. it says 1 to 7 hours. I actually talked to a rep from the funding department 12 hours ago, but nothing has been sent. I have one request that is now 30 hours old, and another that is 12 hours. is this normal? maybe you need to change the times, as when it says 1 to seven hours that is what we expect. and I also understand next business day, but the 1 was pending all day today and not processed. thank you. No, it's unnormal. Bt maybe they have some reasons for that. Please, specify your account number and the payment details, we will investigate the matter.

You forget that there's said 1-7 working hours, which means if you order a withdrawal 2 hours before a working is over, you will probably get your money only the next working day. It will take us 7 working hours, but for you it would be 2 days.

So, please, let me know if your application was processed in time or not? I don't know if my application is processed on time or not. Which I know, I have made a withdrawal on (gmt 0 at kaliningrad) and I have gotten my money on (gmt -6 at LR) This case has passed. we should close this case until here. Most importantly, i've gotten my money. (on my first withdrawal) On my second withdrawal at the other account, i have got my money on time. I hope, i will still get my money if i make withdrawals in the future on time. I really appreciate your attention. at previously time, instaforex withdraw is quickly and fixly, usually one day is enough, money return to my LR account.
but at recent time, withdraw time is slowly, maybe 2 days not assure enough? as a client, i not want most quickly, but i like fix time. i check and check my LR account, instaforex 133090 withdraw no arrived , this is sunday. at friday i withdraw 1300USD at account 133090. no arrived at saturday, i withdraw 4000USD at account 133090, no arrived. wait and wait, i hope monday i can receive money. if ok, pls check my withdraw status. thanks |
