The problem on the MoneyBookers side. Our Finance Department done your withdrawal of 490.11 USD on April 28th. The transaction id is 423710679. You should contact MoneyBookers support. They must explain you the causes of the impossibility to get your money.

i am trading with a bonus deposit from mt5 forum, do i need to make a deposit before making withdrawal because when i withdrawn the profit from trade on 6th of may through liberty reserve was returned, i contacted support on mail and the reply was stated below

Your funds was returned to your account with comment:
202551934 2011.05.06 19:45 REFUND MONEY 7.95
The major limiting principle is that withdrawal is possible by the
same method which you used for replenishment and to the same
account or wallet (in case of WM etc.).

Ok. I have checked. It was becuase my email was wrongly enetered by me . I eneterd llistvideo@gmail.com, while orginal is listvideo@gmail.com . I called Moneybookers Customer service and got this information from them. . Hence they advised you to cancel the old transaction which was sent to incorrect email, and transfer to correct email id , which is listvideo@gmail.com.

the other part was still not processed after 4 working days and 1 weekend day, in total it is 5 days, when I try to contact with finance department, they told me:
