I just joined in InstaForex three days, but today has been trouble. As a new person to learn trading, I trade with very small amounts. I did a manual deposit via LibertyReserve, because I fail to deposit via sci.libertyreserve. Already 12 hours, the money has not entered into my trading account. four times I've contacted ifx.payment. Can you help me?

Hello

1- I have deposited 800 usd by Liqpay system using my credit card, can you tell how long is to company deposit the amount in my trading account ? My account is 163132 , sender +554499996836

2- I'm from Brazil, I received one transfer of company to my Liqpay account, but the Liqpay don't transfer funds to Visa cards of Brazil, could you say
whats the maximum amount can I withdraw by Paypal per transaction ? The support says I cant withdraw more 500 usd by wire transfer, because I
deposit by credit card, I believe Paypal is better than another methods .

Dear Gustavo,

Deposits via LiqPay can take up to 24 working hours.

Unfortunately, you are not able to withdraw via PayPal, because you have to withdraw the same way you deposited. In your case your can make withdrawal via bank or CC.

Hello Gustavo, There is No withdrawal Limit by Bank Wire ,you can withdraw as much as u want

I would like just to add, that there is no limits on a number of requests. You can withdraw money, when you need it.

Ok . I have canceled the payment of 800 usd, because I will use now other method for example Paypal
for deposits and withdraw is much better for me, Liqpay dont transfer funds to Visa Cards of Brazil, but thanks for the attention .

I have send my money via bank transfer at 07/12/2010 and still nothing,
when I wrote mail on the support a finance department answer was Please Wait,
This answers I have been reading since friday the 16th of July This year.
I have screenshoted all your answers DEAR INSTAFOREX.
Have somebody similar (negative)experiencies?
Arent Insta thieves?
I have send the copy of swift much times on support , finance and eng.finance mail boxes....
The answer: Please Wait....
What can I do?
Will I phone to my lawyer? Or what?
Wheres my money?

For Insta Forex Team:
Can you explain me this situation?
When can I start Trading?
Every day Im losing money (unrealized profit) and it isnt few bucks....

Is this normal in you company? 10 days from swift and still nothing?
