Your website give an example:
"You opened a deal on EURUSD in volume of 1 standard lot (1 standard lot = 10 InstaForex Lots), and then closed it. Regardless of the result, during the weekend you get 15 US dollar for this deal. For 5 standart lots deal you will get a reward in amount of 75 US dollars. Total reward is calculated from the sum of all deals. In case positions were closed by means of lock, you will get only a half of reward, 7,5 USD for a lot. "

What exactly meaning of last sentence?

If you open two opposite positions by the same currency pair, you will a get rebate only for one deal.

Is getforexrebate an official partner with Instaforex or even owned by Instaforex? I have noticed that getforexrebate is advertised even on the InstaForex website So I guess it's really the best option to choose

I especially like that the rebates get paid directly into the trading account
