all orders no swap calculate function!
i notice these 2 days, insta MT4 system no swap data, usually 5.00 am is swap calculate time. then data have a data refrash.
now, it no do such action.
why?

My account : 7063138 is NON Swap free since 6th September but no swaps and no IRs are being credited since that time! I've contacted IFX support a month ago and they said that will be credited for September and October at 1st November 00:00 but nohing was credited and still didnt get swaps in my orders

Dear Sir,
due some technical problems on the software developer's side IR is funded unstably:some servers recieved the IR, others - didn't.
We guarantee that no penny of your funds will be lost.We hope that the developer will be able to provide accrual IR in the end of November.

The swaps are now credited but only in orders opened after 1st November (UTC+3) Orders opened before that date are not getting any swap for 2 consecutive trading days. Well I hope such issues will be fixed soon and credited correctly in all servers. I have another account in European server which didn't get the exactly 6% year IR but less than that. I've already contact IFX support by e-mail regarding this issue but it seems that it will take at least another month to fix this problem. I hope to see everything fixed before Xmas

You are not right, all swaps were credited on your account, you just can`t see it at your trading history, because they are to small.
The Company apologizes for the inconveniences. The technical disorder is caused by the work of the trading platform. The Company is not able to compensate this IR deposit now, as the non-deposited amount of IR is accumulated inside the platform MetaTrader 4 and will be automatically replenished next time in addition to the IR for the current month, i.e. if the Company deposits the non-replenished IR right now, on the first day of the next month this IR will have to be withdrawn, as there will appear a double IR.
The Company agrees that the regularity of this malfunctioning is very inconvenient to the clients, and at the same time, would like to repeat itself concerning that the IR is always deposited, however with a slight delay.

So I am not right?? Its a matter of arithmetic! Well I'm based in what I can see in this link: http://instaforex.com/specifications.php
As you can see even a 0.01 lot should get a swap after 2-3 days for EUR/USD pair because buy-swap is 0.46 per lot! I have a buy order since 31st October and only 0.01 is credited but if it was calculated correctly at least 2.76 cents should have been added because 0.46 * 6 = 2.76
If you're not happy with the troubles that a 0.01 lot can cause its better to increase the min lot size allowed instead of making deductions for those who use such lots for trading.
For me this is causing a small diference because those accounts are being used for training purpose but it's sad to see that IFX does not comply with what is written in their site!

yesterday(monday)
my insta account 133090 no swap credit.
i find sometimes swap add,sometimes no add.
usually one month lost 4-5 days. i think MT4 system maybe exist some bug.
because other brokers MT4 swap calculation is nice.they no lost any data.

I need an account which offers Swap interest . However nowhere I could find the table of Swap rates .
Please give the link to it.
Also If I don't tick the "Swap Free Islamic Account ", does that mean my account will reflect the swaps?

That's right. Moreover, you can switch this option anytime you want in your Client Cabinet.
