Hi,
I am writing in this forum , after several futile attempts to withdraw my earned commision of 44$ to my moneybookers account. I had requested withdrawal a week back, and had sent several emails , did Live chat, and added in Skype & Yahoo, but still no reply or my money.

It is really sad, that Instaforex is doing this and if there was any problem, they should atleast reply.

My account no: is 101100
Please reply at the earliest

Thanks. As soon as I posted this in forum, I got the money in my moneybookers ( within 1 hour ) . Hope I need not do this again in future.

HI, im having problem with my withdrawal in my affiliate account. I always request withdrawal since last week. But every 2 days the money is always going back to my account. Im so tired always wait for nothing. Im starting to get disappointed with your broker. sad.gif Please process my withdrawal as soon as possible. Thanks

Is it true that the Partners agreement for withdrawing, you must have 3 active accounts. In order to get your money. If not then u cant withdraw

Yes, it's true. The company is obliged to pay a partner commission only in case a Partner has attracted not less than 3 active in trading clients. You may find this condition here.

i waited about 2 days
then in friday i saw a strange thing
1- i got an email with my statement say

she use same ip address like me
she have a pamm account that is registered under my ib
when she got a client, she become to trade
then i got about 1100 $ commsions
when i tried to withdraw them, i got a proble and cancellation
now the 1100 $ re entered again in my acc
and i do not know, shall i continue my work as ib?
: and is it a mistake that my daughter open under my ib?
: and can i withdraw my fees?

Considering a pretension may take up to 10 busines days. Please, be patient.

I can only say that by regestering your daughter as your referral you broke clauses 4.7 and 5.5 of the Partnership agreement, which reads:
QUOTE
4.7. The Company has a right to annul this Agreement, in case a Partner has not attracted 3 or more Clients during 30 days from the moment of registration in the Company’s partnership program. These Clients can not be Partner’s closed relatives in case he is an individual and closed relatives of the founders, in case a Partner is a body corporate as well as Partner’s private accounts.

QUOTE
5.5. Partner may not get commissions from his/her own accounts and his/her relatives’ accounts, if he/she is physical body, and from private accounts of founders or their relatives’ accounts, if the Partner is corporate body.

its happening the same to my but in my case the amount its 588 euros, the keep telling me i have to wait 45 days first the told me that i can´t make a transfer to my other acount wich is set up in dollars ( i need it to open a pamm account) couse the will have to cover the moneybookers fees and then i say ok I will make a withdraw to my bank account so i cover the monebookers expensses and then the said tha due the +Skams+ in to the moneybookers system i will have to wait 45 days, for me the only +skam+] is the one they are doing, very very sad
