InstaForex | Forex Forum | Forex world | InstaForex Forum _ Forex contests _ demo using contest server problem

Dear all
iam new to insta and i find it fantastic so i participate in the contest but when starting to take trades " symbols ,volume and type of order are blank !!!!!" when i change the server to demo server all these options become live and i can trade !!!!!!

Any one could guide me how to solve that problem
