I have received the 1st September payment but next one:

Changing the payment system, as well as foreign currency exchange, is prohibited by the rules of InstaForex Company. We kindly ask you to order a withdrawal once again via the same payment system which you used for depositing.


I have 100% LR and source account is withdrawal account. Also I have withdraw-able deposit bonus in it.
Since my deposit method was 100% LR so bonus also will be in LR.

Did you mistaken due to accumulated bonus inclusion which directly adjusted to my account balance few days ago by your finance department on request?

I can't request withdrawal and I'm getting this msg in withdrawal's page: Available for withdrawal amount is USD-24.16

Ammount available for withdrawal in my trader cabinet is +$38 - Available for withdrawal (with bonus safe)...

I think IFX should honor their terms and pay the profits like they always say in their contest rules:

The bonus cannot be withdrawn from account, but any profit earned is allowed for withdrawal.

Hello to all my friends,


I have a big problem with my account, I can not withdraw my profits, I drop my capital with the assist system, you say good in condition that I have to remove meme with the method I deposit with, but assist system is available when I want to withdraw my profits.

ok, I contact your carrier it's 15 times, each operator support tells me one thing.

1 - the first time he told me that I must use PayPal or MoneyBookers
- I try but my profits Refund.

2 - the second told me that I have to use banks Cards.

- I try but my Refund profit for the second and the 3rd time.

3 - the third time one of your media told me to move my capital to another account and try again to remove it, but I did it my first benefit is also REFUND.

after I retire with Money Booker and now I'm waiting for more than 5 days and nothing happened, this time the profit is not recasts but I do not receive anything.

Here My Account: 2119014

- If you can help me to withdraw my profit I'll be happy if not, I'll change this by Broker that I encounter a lot of problems.

According to the decision of the Antifraud Dept. you can not withdraw your funds until 21.10.2012. A notification was sent to your email result9 [at] hotmail.com.

Sorry, but the Antifraud policy demands that. There have been a lot of cheaters who tried to cheat the company, so we have to protect ourselves from fraud cases.

Thank you very much for the answer. Unfortunately, the withdrawal request via Paypal was refunded, the Skrill requests too - without comments. What kind of customer support is this? At least you should inform the customers about the reason. I never before have seen such a ignorance regarding the customers.
