Hello,
The client got a reply from the finance department that he should request a charge-back again, but the client can't make this request again.

He wanted to ensure good relations with your company and so he canceled the previous charge-back order. The AlertPay support told him that If he canceled the charge-back order, he won't be able to make this request again. As he trust InstaForex, he confirmed the cancellation of the request.
Now, he can't request another charge-back order, so what should he do now?
