On 12th Jan 2010 I made a withdrawal request for $7391.00 by wire bank transfer and I received the funds in just 2 days in my bank account.
Fast processing, very good job. Thank you very much Ekaterine. I make money with Instaforex and never had a technical issue during trading. Instaforex is a honest broker. |

Dear Sir/Madam,
Account No: 7012351 Withdrawal Type: Wire Transfer Date of Withdrawal: 29/01/2010 Amount: USD $1200.00 I have tried to withdraw 5 times already from instaforex, yet my money was always returned to my trading account on the same day. I initially deposited my money via Moneybookers of USD$800 via my master credit card. And Now that I have generated enough profit and wish to take some of my money out. Yet my money never get to go anyway. My first feedback that I received from the finance department was on 21/01/2010 saying that for any withdrawal more than USD $300, I should use a bank transfer via WIRE TRANSFER option. With the 1st feedback advice, I have requested on 29/01/2010 an amount of USD $1,200 via WIRE TRANSFER. When I opened up my traidng account today on 30/01/2010, I have found out that the money again rejected and came back to my trading account with " Decline Exchange" written. ( Please refer attached) Can someone please help me out with this, I really dont want to lose my faith on instaforex or else, I shall not take this as granted but to refer this matter to Russia Finance Minister. Dear Sir,

hii.
today i asked for payment with other payment system.. i deposited with alertpay and withdrwal with moneybookers i asked in your live chat and they told me that its ok to do that, but meybe i didnt understood him cuz now i see that i must withdrwal from my original payment system in my moneybookers account i still didnt got the money its been more then 4 hours account number: 99540 date:04\02\2010 i prefer to get me money throgh moneybookers but if i really cant so with alertpay my email address is the same like my moneybookers email thanx |

Dear Sir,
Our support staff couldn't provide such information, because it's incorrect. I suppose, you misunderstood them. In our company you can withdraw the same way you deposited for safety's sake. In your case you are able to withdraw only via Alertpay. If you would like to use MoneyBookers for withdrawal, you should deposit via this system next time. That I knew in accordance with your regulation Conditions of the contests group "InstaForex Great Race" VI. Prize receipt 1. 2. 3. 4. All prizes except the first place prize can be withdrawn from the account. The prize for the first place can not be withdrawn, however any profit made over prize sum can be withdrawn. please explain me |
