deposit my account problem

hello , I deposit funds to my account on using skrill bank on 18/05/2015 09:35
customer support sent me email asking for scan of ID and i sent it to the email " ‫docs@mail.instaforex.com‬" as they asked
now after 8 days the money is not received to my account yet and I talked to the customer support four times and every time they said "your information is proceeded to finance department and sorry for delay" !!
now for how long should I wait again ?
