hi i do a withdrawal at 7 april 2015 check here :

Dear Christine Racette,

You have submitted the request for withdrawal from account 353393

Transfer details are presented below:

Date and Time (GMT+2): 07/04/2015 17:59:59
Payment system: ePayments, account 000-414783
Total amount: 495.00 USD

the financial department told to me its already proceed by side of instaforex

but i received nothing no money and no email confirmation

i sent email to financial department with a sreenshot on my wallet to proof i received nothing

can you help me with that problem ??

hi and thanks for your time i know in client cabinet my withdrawal is prosseced but i not received money in my epayments wallet i sent the proof at finance department but no news since my account is 353393
