Unfortunately, we have found that you are autoreferral and get comission from your own delas. Autoreferring is NOT ALLOWED in our company. All your comission from your own deals will be cancelled and you will not be able to withdraw it.

my account 30319 always in was opened in the internet cafe was still having the IP address that was same with my referal, how this.

Dear Sir,
You do not understand, what I'm talking about. You get commission from your own trades (account 114825). It is prohibited in our company and it's called "autoreferring".
As a participant of affiliate programme you have to attract other people to become our clients and get commission from their trades, not your own. You can not be the client of yourself. Please, pay attention to the points 5.5 and 9.4 of the affiliate agreement.

I really tired with this one.. chatting with support few times but still not solve..
My situation, request withdrawal to visa on 1st dec., I thought the money will go to my visa card.. after few days... insta said the money already sent to liqpay using my phone number as ID. I have a problem because I'm not using that number anymore, so I can not login to Liqpay. Then talked to liqpay support my problem.. they said.. the money refunded to sender.

I already change my new phone number at trader cabinet... I don't know how long should I wait... now... I don't know where the money is.. It is not shown back neither in my trading acc nor in my Liqpay acc (with new phone number).

I talked to support about my problem many times... I am tired of waiting...

Please note that I deposited my account via my IB (forextiva.com)
Since (forextiva.com) now isn't Instaforex's IB anymore,
so I had no other choice to withdraw by following the rule: the payment system as well as the currency of depositing and withdrawal must be the same.
In this case, I withdrew via webmoney. And my withdrawal doesn't get in my WM purse until now.

Finance department did not work last week, because there were holidays in Russia. Moreover, January, 10 was Sunday, it is non-working day. All withdrawal requests we received last week will be processed this week. If you would like to know the status of your application, please, specify your LR wallet number.

On 12th Jan 2010 I made a withdrawal request for $7391.00 by wire bank transfer and I received the funds in just 2 days in my bank account.
Fast processing, very good job. Thank you very much Ekaterine.
I make money with Instaforex and never had a technical issue during trading.

Date of Withdrawal: 29/01/2010

Amount: USD $1200.00

I have tried to withdraw 5 times already from instaforex, yet my money was always returned to my trading account on the same day. I initially deposited my money via Moneybookers of USD$800 via my master credit card. And Now that I have generated enough profit and wish to take some of my money out. Yet my money never get to go anyway.

My first feedback that I received from the finance department was on 21/01/2010 saying that for any withdrawal more than USD $300, I should use a bank transfer via WIRE TRANSFER option.

With the 1st feedback advice, I have requested on 29/01/2010 an amount of USD $1,200 via WIRE TRANSFER. When I opened up my traidng account today on 30/01/2010, I have found out that the money again rejected and came back to my trading account with " Decline Exchange" written. ( Please refer attached)

Can someone please help me out with this, I really dont want to lose my faith on instaforex or else, I shall not take this as granted but to refer this matter to Russia Finance Minister.

The comment "decline exchange" means you use incorrect system for your withdrawal. In your case you have to withdraw via Moneybookers.

i asked in your live chat and they told me that its ok to do that, but meybe i didnt understood him cuz now i see that i must withdrwal from my original payment system

Dear Sir,
Our support staff couldn't provide such information, because it's incorrect. I suppose, you misunderstood them. In our company you can withdraw the same way you deposited for safety's sake. In your case you are able to withdraw only via Alertpay. If you would like to use MoneyBookers for withdrawal, you should deposit via this system next time.

sorry u can only withdraw in the same deposit method

for example you made deposit by LR ,as a result you can only withdraw by LR

That's the rule of instaforex in order to apply anti money laundry policies

Your withdrawal was denied, because the sum of the withdrawal exceeds your profit. The prizes, credited to your account, is not withdrawable. You can withdraw just profit above the prize.

We have a customer a/c 96746 who has been trying to withdraw her funds - $120.00 ( the amount above the bonus of 30.00 ).

She was told she needs to open a Moneybooker's a/c, which she did - even though she used her credit card to make the $100 initial deposit.

She has tried twice to withdraw this $120 but on both occasions the amounts were refunded back to her a/c.

Could you kindly check into this and advise?

His name is George Padilla a/c 137433.

But up till now his account has not been credited.

Your bonus is already refunded. What about withdrawal, there is a rule in our company, that a client can withdraw his/her funds only the same way he/she deposited. As you deposited via Credit Card, you can request the withdrawal via Moneybookers or bank.

Hello I have found out with my bank that the swift code that I was given was incorrect. The correct swift code for First bank of Nigeria is FBNINGLA. The financial department has not informed of this but I have done my findings with my bank and the officer who gave me the former swift gave it in error. Please do what you can for me to see that The amendment is made. I will appreciate it. Thank you.

My wife tried to withdraw some amount from her insta account since Thursday night (+7 GMT) thru Liberty Reserve, and had not receive it until this moment (more than 24 hrs after).
I just hope I'm not mistaken to introduce InstaForex as her first forex broker.

Would you please remove your withdrawal section description, especially for LR that says "...process within 3-7 hours working hours" as it is truly misleading and not accurate most of the time (from I read from this forum).

LR withdrawals are processed during 7 working hours. You ordered withdrawal yesterday at 17:24 - one and half an hour before the end of the working day. Yesterday was Friday, so now we have weekends. Next time you should see about the money in advance or else you will need to wait for 2 days instead of 7 hours. Your payment will be processed on Monday before noon.

Transfer was submitted electronically through your platform. I have given all of the information repeatedly via email to the finance department. The finance department refuses to respond and the support desk just sends same information that I have allready sent over and over to finance department still with no response. I called on Friday and they said they would call me back and did not. I did get an email saying that the bank details are incorrect. This is not true I copied and pasted the bank information that was sent directly from the bank. I made the bank double check and they assure me the information they sent was correct. Katerine, Incorrect.The account details that were submitted were sent to me directly from my bank and confirmed twice by them. There is no chance for typing error because the information was copied and pasted directly from bank message. Please have the tracking number sent to me in private message here or to my email. Bank says that they show no record of a money deposit from Instaforex and they cannot find where money went unless you provide me with the transaction tracking number.

I never received the tracking number from the tracking number from Instaforex finance department. Today I called my bank's wire department and they looked in my bank account information and also looked for any wire for that amount in their system and found nothing. I asked them to double check which they did. They said there was never a transfer in that amount since the initial wire date of 09/22/2010 and no attempt to wire into my account.

Also it was stated that money was sent specifically to my bank and was being refused due to incorrect information. This also has been proven false, money was never transferred to my bank or refused by them. Any mistakes that were made were not on my part.

Yes all along they were saying my bank was refusing when in truth it was yours becuase there is no ABA blank my bank said to put ABA number where account is and account in notes since ABA was more important. Below is my email response to the finance department.

"Hellenic Bank in the response below is not my bank, my bank is PNC whom I contacted the wire services department again about this response. According to them they have no affiliation with Hellenic Bank, they are a third party bank that you have chosen to handle your international transfers. According to PNC they need three pieces of information to complete a wire transfer, Swift, ABA routing number, and account number. If I have provided this information (Which you can see from your own note below, I have) than there is no reason for the transfer not to have been completed. According to PNC I should not be held accountable for the lack of execution of standard business practices by a third party institution. They state that if there was any issue with processing the transfer they should have been contacted to complete the transaction. They were not. Once a third party assumes responsibility for completing a transfer it is then their responsibility to contact the recipients bank. I stated that I put the routing number in the account number and the account number in the comments section as there was no box for the ABA number. They said that in order to receive the transfer they need all three. They said that i did the right thing as the ABA is the second most important after the Swift and that the form should have a tab for the ABA as well. Ireguardless they once again said that as long as all three pieces of information were on the form, the transfer should have been completed. They stated that they receive calls on issues like this all day long and that the issues are handled immediately without further intrusion to the customer. Please have the $61.00 fees remitted to my account."

Now they are tellling me that I have to go through the dealer/claims dept. to try and get this money that has already been charged to me, when according to my bank since the form did not have an aba section Hellenic Bank would still have had to call them to complete transaction anyways. Also I am not told of this third party until after I have bee charged fee. My bank also said that it is not required to use a third party transfer agent that the money could have been wired directly to them and the transaction would have been completed without issue. They assured me that this is not the normal expected level of service in this industry and that if I were sending the transaction through them they would provide better service than this.

As stated previously when I called my bank they said that Instaforex swift form should have Swift, ABA, and Account Number. When I told them that there was no place for the ABA number they said to put in account area and I said I would put Account number in comment area. They said good because the ABA number was more important than the account number. This has all been explained previously I followed instruction of international wire experts at my bank. They said that often there are differences between countries and it is common to call for clarification. Further all of the details Swift, ABA, and Account number were entered on the form. So there was no lack of "tidier" here.

Here is a quote from the email Instaforex received from Hellenic Bank that you provide to me yesterday...

As you can see Instaforex was contacted by Hellenic Bank to fix the wire transfer and told that there would be charges and the money returned if no reply was received. During this time period I sent half a dozen emails asking for help also. So as you can see both the third party bank and the customer were asking for your help in clarification. I was asked by Instaforex for a scan of my Swift, on 9/30/10. I provided the note from my bank.Dear Sir/Madam,

There is no scan of swift was entered electronically through your platform, information directly from bank is as follows.
Please also advise when this money will be in my account.
'Thank you for your secured message. Please know your ABA routing
#xxxxxxxxx and our Swift number is PNCxxxxxx. "
I also included my account number in this response. I asked for a manager to call repeatedly and was told they would but never received a call. In all I contacted Instaforex seven times by email before the expiry of fixing the problem that Hellenic bank described in your note above, chatted and called a couple more times besides that. During the entire time I was told that the problem was with my bank that had allready received the money but were sending the money back because the wroung information was provided. During this time I contacted my bank on several occasions and they checked for money both by my account number and by any international transfer in that amount. It was not until yesterday that I was even aware that Hellenic Bank a third party was used. In fact even yesterday I was still being told it was my bank that was the problem. the information that Instaforex neglected to send me until 10/13/2010, when in fact they received help request from Hellenic Bank on 9/30/2010. I was the one that saw the Hellenic Bank information in the email that was finally forwarded to me and had to point out that it was not my bank. Further all of the needed information is in my account profile and it is the same method that my account is funded by bank wire. Further wire transfer additional charges can only be passed onto by the clients bank. There is no charge for a wire transfer. Hellenic Bank is not my bank so how can they charge me?

Mistakes can be made, but mistakes can be fixed also. as my proofs show myself, Hellenic Bank, and my bank all exercised every resource to complete a successful transaction. Who among all of the parties involved was not tidy ? Instaforex.

There is no any problem with the system. The last figure in the comment is cut, that's why you see different accounts.

As you have changed your WM account number (it doesn't match to the number you deposited from), you should confirm your adintity by sending a copy of your ID to the finance dept. As soon as you send it, you will be able to withdraw your funds.


P.S. Please, don't multiply same posts at the forum, it won't help you to get the answer quicker.

Hello. want to start out by saying how wonderful your support has been so far.

I have made a request to withdraw to my Liberty. it says 1 to 7 hours. I actually talked to a rep from the funding department 12 hours ago, but nothing has been sent.

I have one request that is now 30 hours old, and another that is 12 hours.

is this normal? maybe you need to change the times, as when it says 1 to seven hours that is what we expect. and I also understand next business day, but the 1 was pending all day today and not processed.

You forget that there's said 1-7 working hours, which means if you order a withdrawal 2 hours before a working is over, you will probably get your money only the next working day. It will take us 7 working hours, but for you it would be 2 days. smile.gif

actually, 2 working days is still reasonable for me, but because your system is written in 1-7 working hours so I ask you.

But we do not process your withdrawal via LR instantly. There are so many requests daily, so it can take us up to 7 working hours to proceed your application.

I made a mistake? Okay i see... And it only took you 23 days to realize this and return the money to my account, after many complaints and emails... Perfectly understandable!
If the mistake was mine, why wasn´t the money returned imediately with some kind of error message?
What about the 30% bonus part that was also taken from my account when i made the withdraw? If the money never left (because of the mistake) then where is this??

This service is only available for Russia and the former CIS coutries due to Liqpay policy.

There are no answers from the Support! There is now webpage where i can see my request.
