Hello my trading account is 2287812 and it is swap free account, why there is -1445.86 USD swap correction please?
I got reply from instaforex as follow:


Dear Client,

According to the paragraph 6 of the Swap-free Agreement:

6. The Сompany reserves the right to remove the Customer's sub-account
from Swap-free group to the one with simple accounts and to correct
unaccrued swaps for the period of standing in Swap-free group in case
of abusive acts detection.

and the paragraph 5.8. of the Public Offer Agreement:

5.8. If the positions are fully locked by any locking system including
triple lock and the sum of swaps is not equal to zero, the Company
reserves the right to correct the swap.

The above link is instaforex term and condition. I cannot see any relation with this term. From my trading account, there are only SELL position are triggered in both AU & NU, No Locking had been taken place. by then Swap shall Never be positive and it's not against term 5.8 at all.

There are no more email replied from instaforex after above email. Anyone can help please?
