Our specialists from the finance department have checked and haven't found your payment. We didn't received it yet.
According to the information from your SWIFT the money was transferred on December 2, 2009. This means only 5 working days have passed. I advice you to wait a little more. Your bank is just delaying the payment.

Good news. Today your money is credited to your account. rolleyes.gif So there is no more reasons to panic.
Due to long time taken by your bank to transfer the funds to us, I would recommend you to chose another way of depositing/withdrawing. But of course, it's your right to make a choice.

I am supprised to hear this about liberty reserve i've never experience this before sometimes i transfer from one LR. account to another and its all instantly all my funding has always been instant to my trading account

As i know, deposit via Liberty Reserve will instantly credit the account within a few second. Unfortunately my account did not get the fund after deposit until now.

Since my last deposit $1400 did not credit to my account, while waiting for the solution, i had create a new account again and try to deposit $1350, i also get the same problem, my money had been deducted but my account did not been credit.

Total pending deposit is $1400 + $1350 , please help me, i really worried about this.

It has cleared my bank, but and I have a capture picture of the cleared funds.
Did a couple of deposits through liqpay in the past and it was "auto-deposit" into the platform. But this one seem not to, cause platform balance is $0.00

We have not recieved your money to the company's account, because it was cancelled by LiqPay.
You should contact LiqPay support and return your funds.
If LiqPay is not convenient for you, you can try another payment https://secure.instaforex.com/en/deposit.aspx.

Many trader use Liqpay to make deposits to their accounts usually face the same problem u face

i think you may have to use other deposits methods that will be easier and faster to fund your account

The readmission of the Fixed Welcome Bonus is possible after a period of 2 months has elapsed.

Hello Kirill, I have contacted my bank back here and I was given the telex copy of the transfer Swift which indicated that there was an error in the Detail ' PAYMENT FOR THE AGREEMENT 7044504' instead of 'PAYMENT FOR THE AGREEMENT 7044304'. Deposits via LiqPay can take up to 24 working hours.

Unfortunately, you are not able to withdraw via PayPal, because you have to withdraw the same way you deposited. In your case your can make withdrawal via bank or CC.

My bank says the transaction has been success ful and the a/c has been credited since 3 days. But I don't see the amount in in my trading a/c.

My a/c number is 175185. I had made an wire transfer of 1000$ from My bank in Bank Of India on 24th August.

My bank says the transaction has been success ful and the a/c has been credited since 3 days. But I don't see the amount in in my trading a/c.

Could you please track the issue and solve it asap.

I have already fill in the payment notification form.

I even had a Instaforex staff to call me on this issue but the line was not good and the person did not speak english well.

She said that she will email me at sohct84@yahoo.com details on how to proceed but that did not happen!

I have made a earlier deposite of USD 100 using the same method and that went well.

Why is it this time there is a problem???

I appreciate your efforts. But the question of wrong recipient does not arise at all. All the information provided in the SWIFT copy is same as mentioned in the website client cabinet.

It will be your banker who can tell us what is wrong with the transaction. Plz check this with your bank and appraise me. If something is wrong, we will recall the transfer and initiate a fresh one. But by waiting only is not going to get us any solution.

This is a precarious situation I have never come across, mostly by a weeks time I get the either confirmation or issue detail from the bank.

Hope you understand the problem.

We have contacted our bank, and they have confirmed, that there was no any payment from you at our account. Sorry, but we cannot credit this amount to your trading account, until we have this sum at our bank account.

Please, be patient. If there was any mistake, the money will be sent back to you. To hasten a process, you can ask your bank to start a SWIFT investigation on payment.

Actually, it doesn't depend on us and we cannot know the reason. You need to request this information from your bank.

Hello,

Liberty Reserve is facing some technical problems and they didn't notify us about this. As soon as they fix problems on their side, you will get your deposit.

We have MORE than 800 applications. You are not the only who still haven't recived their deposits via Liberty Reserve. As I told you, this is the technical problem of LR system, not InstaForex's. We are waiting till they manage to fix it as well as you. Please, be patient. Discontent and claims won't help to solve the problem. You can deposit your account using other payment processors. Otherwise, you should arm yourself with patience.

I have sent my SCANNED INVOICE to different emails as directed by Customer Care but no response ever since.
For the past 16 Days.....I am totally confused.
I even chat with Finance department,only to be telling me to still wait.
I got the confirmation from my bank that the money has been transfered as directed
and 10$ was even charged against my account by Tecnocash.
Why this brain tumor you are giving me. I am getting out of patience please and Insta is my BEST BROKERS so far..

This has been going on for 11 days. WOW!!! And I used a credit card through their website. After numerous emails and phone calls and showing them proof that they have my money, they still have not funded my account with instaforex. On 12/23/10 I made a request to deposit money to my acct. # 3013060 by using my Debit Card from Chase Bank. I had to scan my ID and the front and back of my card and fill out a form and scan it in.

On 12/24/10 I received this email from cards@mail.instaforex.com stating:

Dear sir

We have received all the documents from you and started transaction from your card.
We will imediately inform you about result of operation.

On 12/27/10 I received an email from: cards@mail.instaforex.com stating:

Dear sir
The transaction from your card is refused.

I phoned my bank (Chase Bank) and they said they did not even see an attempt by you to request the money. Do you have a transaction #?...or is my card refused by you at your end? If so should I resubmit?

I phoned my bank (Chase Bank) and they said they did not even see an attempt by you to request the money. Do you have a transaction #?...or is my card refused by you at your end? If so should I resubmit?
