withdrawl over payza...
hey why you need so long to withdrawl me 145 $ on 2037392 account last thursday 19.07.2012...


your suport support say its in process but why so long? normaly it should not be over 7 working hours sad.gif

Please, pay attention to the point 4.1.4 of the Public Offer Agreement:

4.1.4. Withdrawal is processed at the stated time which is particular for every payment system, however, in some cases the time constraints may be increased up to 5 working days except for the cases designated in the clause 9.1.4. of the present Agreement.

Amount $829 on 26 July, its already 6 Working Days

I sent email to finance and chat now answer

That's right. But it is more correct to say, Payza no more works with Forex brokers, so currently there is no way for us to process your requests. They have been ignoring our requests for a few days.

so how can I get my withdrawal? I deposited via LR too in almost equal amount. But when I requested $720 rejected

You should contact this payment system and ask the specialists how you can withdraw your money from InstaForex. Unfortunately, we can not help, we are doing everything possible to resolve the situation. Concerning the Public Offer Agreement:

7.7.1. Client accepts risks which are connected to disestablishment of payment systems. In case any electronic payment system abolished, the Company writes off the funds which were deposited using that payment system, from the Client's trading account.

EDIT: Finally I got paid but it took 4 business days to receive a LR withdrawal request. As I know Lr is fully functional since 27th August so LR payments could be processed faster as the most important for clients is to have a fast a smooth way to pay in and pay out without delays or any issues.

What's wrong with you guys?
I have asked for withdrawal in 1st September but still not received Libertyreserve in my account.
Your finance department also not answering my email.

Account: 3039173
Deposit method: 100% LR
Withdrawal account: same as deposit account

It says 1-7 business hours to process the withdrawal but where is my money?

LR problem has been fixed in 26th Aug and it won't be an excuse.

You need more info? How can I verify the withdrawal by phone code and send email to your finance dept from IFX trading account's email if the account holder is not me? Also, if withdrawal account is the deposit account how can you say it's money laundering?

Somehow you are violating your 9.1.4 agreement that I don't like to mention.
Answer me if you can and don't delete this post like you deleted my last post from 2.

Try to understand.
I need this money urgently otherwise I won't worry about withdrawal even it takes 10 days.
Your system said it will take 1-7 hours time and that's why I hit the withdraw button by calculating that time.

You don't even know how important is this withdrawal for today.
I will fall into great problem if I don't have this withdrawal.
