Hi Traders and Staffs,
How is exactly the trailing works? How frequently it will update? Is that only SL will floating after price moving 15-pips from BUY/SELL line? For example: I placed BUY @ USDJPY 102.35, manually placed Stop-Loss and added Trailing Stop for 15-pips, but how come the Stop-Loss DIDN'T floating as price is moving uptrend? |

Hi Traders and Staffs, How is exactly the trailing works? How frequently it will update? Is that only SL will floating after price moving 15-pips from BUY/SELL line? Dear Sir, Trailing stop will not only secure your account against excessive losses but also save your profits. It is also considered as a loss limiter. If the given situation you mentioned were to occur, and you put your trailing top on when price hit which is 102.50, the stop would be 102.35. And if the price move up another 10 pips to 102.60, your stop would follow it to 102.45. It is your choice to move either up and down in accordance to your trade. Every changes requires order modification. |
