Dear Ms. Yvonne,

My name is Carlos and my trading account number is 358988.

After some confusion on which payment system I should use in my withdrawal requests, I've finally got a positive message from InstaForex Finance Department. The selected payment system was the InstaForex Prepaid Mastercard (from Payoneer). However, my unpleasant and painful experience with the InstaForex Finace Department is far from a end.

The InstaForex Finance Department said that my last withdrawal request had been processed already (please see the request details below). Unfortunately, I haven't yet received either the amount requested or the notification usually sent by Payoneer.

Withdrawn amount: 11109.02 USD
